I can't seem to find any details of my mobile phone on the app or website, I can only see my broadband, it's not a new contract. Thanks

Have you been able to view your mobile plan details in the past in the app and website?

If you scroll to the bottom of the home page on the EE app, are you able to link your mobile account?

If it is saying it is already linked, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides, so they can bring up your account and have a look at the settings.
