Hi all,
I recently joined EE and transferred my number from giffgaff. During the process, I paid £15 for a pack.
However, the pack never appeared in my account — even before the number transfer completed. Now that the number transfer is done, I still can't make any calls and there's no active pack shown in My EE.
Has anyone had this issue where payment was taken, but the pack didn’t activate at all?
Any advice on how to get EE to link the payment properly to my current number?
