I had to download the EE app and make a new account and then link my mobile to this account, and it still won't let me manage my bills - it just shows up with the 'Something's gone wrong' message. Anyone else dealing with this?
Can EE please fix this so I can actually manage my account, this is ridiculous, why create an app and force me to use it when it doesn't work

Actually thinking about switching provider, this is completely unacceptable, and I see that there is no live chat even when I am trying to use the app.

Welcome to the community.
I can understand the frustration at not being able to see your account in full.
Is it just the bills that you are not able to see or is it the account in general?
Does the same thing happen when you login through the EE website?
