Wrong colour received

Hello my name Brian. I order the wrong colour of the new mobile as is should be black not burgundy

Welcome to the community.

If you've received the wrong colour phone, and ordered online or over the phone, you can return the burgundy version, and once the return is complete, another order can be placed for the black version.
