I ordered an upgrade last night and dpd tried to deliver it to my wife today, but asked for a pin code, but I have not had an email or text saying they were delivering today or containing a pin code.Am I supposed to give them something else?

Resolved! My SIM hasn't arrived

I ordered a 24month SIM about a week ago now and it still hasn't arrived. I'm just wondering what the usual delivery time for a SIM has been for others before I try ringing customer service.  Thanks

Tracker number expired

Hi guys I ordered a phone last week on 3/6/25 but haven’t heard anything back from you. I paid an upfront fee but my tracker number is not working  Can you help please?thanks in advance
