Hi anyone else place an order last Saturday for the new iPhone pro and have confirmation of the order emailed but not showing on the account? Or when inputting the order number states not found?

I was expecting the new iPhone to be delivered today

Thanks for coming to the community.

The iPhone 18 Pro models are currently showing in stock, so if you pre-ordered last Saturday, I would have expected it to have been dispatched.

If you aren't able to see the order on your account and you've not heard anything from DPD about delivery yet, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check the order status on your account.
