I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new iPhone 18 Pro Max.
You should have received a confirmation email once the order was placed, which will mean that we have the order and it will be dispatched as soon as possible.
You'd then get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when it will be delivered,
If you've not received a confirmation email, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call and they can locate your account and order to check the status.
