booking confirmation sheet

I've been sent a form to return an item for repair. However when i try to print off the booking form it says it is corrupt. Tried several computers and my phone all coming up with the same message

Incorrect Contract Price Showing

Hi,I am looking to upgrade my phone and pre order the new Samsung Galaxy S24 and when I select a contract the price is £22 per month (was £30) but when I go through to the basket, its adding £30 and not £22 does anyone know why this is?

DPD sending my parcel back to EE.
