Hi. I recently became a new customer by ordering a new phone and number.The up front payment was taken out of my bank. I then received a text saying that my order was cancelled, but the money still left my bank. Please help! Thank you

Is anyone else having problems with calls on their phone? Mine’s not been working for make calls or receive calls - the live chat doesn’t work either so EE aske me to call 150 and I can’t call customer service.

Ordered a phone. Paid the £30 upfront payment then went to 404 page not found and I’ve had no email confirmation!! What happens now?

Resolved! Sim Only Delivery

I ordered a new Sim Only card on 20th May and it still has not arrived. As it’s Royal Mail 2nd Class, I have no way of tracking the order.Is 9 days or 6 working days normal for delivery?
