Is anybody else unable to access their plans and subscriptions? I've tried on several different devices, cache cleared, cried and still just says "this service isn't working right now".Screenshot 2024-06-23 153642.png

does it ever work? will it ever work? will I ever be able to see all my devices in a format that is actually useful? or do I keep having to go off of the numbers connected to plans?

Hi @MPW66.

Are you a pay as you go or pay monthly customer?

I can't log in to this either most of the time - but on one occasion it worked so I copied the URL, perhaps it will work for you or others too? https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile

It’s unbelievable how bad the online service is. It’s impossible to navigate - nothing but trying to sell you stuff and modern slavery statements. And helplines which turn out to be chatbots and no doubt cost fortunes. They couldn’t try harder to drive customers away.
