account log in problems

Every time I try to log in to my EE account I get the following message : We're unable to retrieve your account details right now. I am told to log out and try again later. Same message appears!

I have never been able to access my billing details. Just the "Somethings gone wrong" page jumps up.Looking on Google, this has been going on for years, why can't EE's IT dept sort it?It's a standing joke and together with the "non-sticky" IP address...
