We moved our business phone numbers to EE but our EE account will not recognise the ported over numbers. What do we do about this please? Can anyone actually help. Customer service have tried twice but nothing has been done about this.

Hi @Disappointedbus

What did CS say.

This is just a customer forum with no account access unlike CS.

Thanks

What do you mean by "account will not recognise the numbers"?

When you contacted CS, what did they offer by means of solution or next steps? How were things left?

Hi, I contacted customer services twice already about this. The first-time customer service were no help at all and said they would call me back but never did, the last time the advisor said yes this happens and is a known fault and they would look into this for us. It's now been 2 weeks of waiting and continually trying to add my numbers to my account so that I can see what is happening in the hope that they have sorted this out for us. I've not heard anything back and will be contacting them again but just wondered if anyone on here had any words of advice on how I can solve it myself. Thanks for replying

Thanks for replying, I have contacted customer service several times and they said they would sort this out as it is a known fault. I've been waiting a long time for them to get back to me so thought I'd just see if anyone else had this problem and if they managed to solve it by themselves without waiting for EE.
