Hi EE,
I need help regarding an unknown mobile number and charges showing on my account.
My only mobile number is [number 1 removed] I have been using only this number since I joined EE, and I have never taken out, requested or used a SIM/plan for the number [number 2 removed].
However, this second number is showing on my EE account and appears to be adding charges to my bills. My next bill estimate is £127.49, of which £32.00 is showing against [number 2 removed].
I do not recognise this number and I have not authorised a plan for it. Please investigate how and when this number was added to my account, provide details of any contract or order associated with it, and explain why I am being charged for it.
If this number/plan has been added to my account incorrectly or without my authorisation, please remove it from my account, stop any future charges, and refund/credit any charges I have already paid for it.
I would also like confirmation that removing this unauthorised number will not affect my genuine number [number 1 removed] or my existing services.
Please treat this as a billing dispute and provide me with a reference number for the investigation.
Thank you.
