Resolved! App still not working

Afternoon My EE App not been working since December 24 have tried everything tech section has asked new email reinstall app etc anybody got the same problem. Driving me mad

Website & App down?

I've been trying to look into upgrading all evening but when I log in to the app or website, they both seem to be down, for hours and hours. Is this normal?

Error Message

Evening, Is anyone getting the issue when trying to load into the app it is asking them to comeplete a verified id? And when they try and do this the app closes down and redownloads itself.?
