Online limited plan cannot be purchased online?

I am a existing customer and would like to purchase the 24-month contract for existing customers online. However, for three consecutive days, I tried to log in with different smartphones and desktop computers to purchase the summer limited sim only plan, but your screen kept showing an internal service error. However, no one in the store can help me. How can I get help?
