I purchased playstation headset 31/3/25 the headset has shaped on the right i have been reading online thst this is a common fault on the headsets will ee replace the headset or what do i now need to do

You'll need to contact Sony and claim on your warranty if a manufacturer fault.

Already did they said its 12 weeks past so not covered dont think this is
fair as its had very light use and ee helped me out when i had a controller
with a issue and replaced it after warranty had run out

This item is over 12 months old but it's not a question of fair.
