Discount Code 20%

Hi,

I have followed your discount code process and it has generated a code for me. However, when I go to checkout, it says the code is not valid.

I am trying to apply the code to the SIM-only Unlimited Full Works deal, but it keeps stating that the code is invalid.

Could you please advise?

Kind regards

@garybs29 This is correct.

We no longer offer the option to add any form of discount to All Rounder and Full Works SIM Only options, along with plans that already include a discount like @Northerner mentioned.

It is still possible to add discounts to All Rounder and Full Works plans if a handset is included though, including the airtime portion of a FlexPay contract.

Hi @bbronnie220

The code will not work if there is already a discount in place on the deal.

Also check the legal bit.

Thanks

I'm sure I saw something on here recently stating that discounts are no longer available on full works & all rounder sims so could be that

Hi Peter,

I am a new joiner from Vodafone and I was told verbally by a guide on the phone last week that getting Full Works SIM Only would be possible with a teachers’ discount of 20%. Following our conversation, he sent me by email the EE Perks website (which I can’t get working as when I try to register, I simply get the message ‘The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large.’

Do you have any advice please - I was very firmly told by the guide that this was the case. (And also that I would be able to upgrade to an Apple One Family Subscription if I chose the Apple One Basic as part of my subscription, this also appears not to be the case).

Thank you!
Michael

Hi @Mjw4849

Thanks for coming to our community.

I appreciate you must be disappointed that you aren't able to get the discount of your plan or upgrade your Apple One.

I'd recommend speaking with our complaints team so that they can discuss this further with you and address the experience you've had.
