Samsung watch 9 deal not working

I've seen the Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 deal on the website, 30% off when you buy an S26. I've tried doing an upgrade to the S26 and adding the watch to my basket at the same time and it wont trigger the deal, it seems to place both in two separate baskets? I've tried phoning 150 and the guy couldn't do anything to help, how do I get this deal?

This promotion to save 30% on Galaxy Watch9 when buying alongside any S26 range SIM-Free device outright from our Online Tech store is for the Watch9 Bluetooth version only.

When adding a qualifying S26 range and a Galaxy Watch9 Bluetooth to the basket, the watch price will automatically update and show the discounted amount.

If you're seeing two baskets, it means you're adding the mobile device as a Pay Monthly contract, rather than SIM-free version.
