The 'link device' link is broken on your website and app

New customers cannot link their devices on your website and app. 

How can a company as big as EE not get this fixed? It's embarrassing.

In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.

It doesn’t work, because it seems that there is an error with “home”. Plans and subs can not be found..

If it is not letting you link the account on different browsers, the best thing I can suggest would be to speak to our technical guides so they can help to get it linked.
