Upgrade time
Existing EE customer:
I have an iPhone 14.
not really wanting to upgrade handset so looking at SIM only.
Blue light/NHS discount/EE perk codes are all not working. Invalid code message is displayed when I try to order on my phone and I-pad. I thought it was because I was looking for SIM only. However, when I change my order to an iPhone 15, exact same problem.
Are these discounts actually available ?

Your code won't work if the deal you are looking for is already discounted or subject to a deal.
