The EE app is one of the most frustrating ever. Every time I try to check something simple I go round and round in circles entering codes sent to my e mail and then my phone, then my products don’t show. When I try to (re) link them it doesn’t let me and it’s now telling me my device is linked to another contract that isn’t even mine. Very very poor. Please can I talk to a human being that can sort this shambles out.

Welcome to the community.
I can appreciate the frustration at going round in circles when you just want to be able to view your account.
If it is saying the account is already linked, I'd recommend calling our tech guides for help. They can bring up your account and EE ID and see what is linked.
