Santander app lost connection

I’ve seen posts on this I went from oppo to iPhone 11 today and everything works fine but the Santander app. I can’t use WiFi cos I don’t have it but why? I can’t use google cos I have to verify on the app. If I change to my second sim will that work...

using a phone sim to connect to 4G internet
