Free now tv

My new EE broadband went live today. Part of the reason I took the offer from EE was because part of the package was a free now TV subscription.  I've set my box up but I can't watch anything in the now TV app, it keeps asking me to start a subscription but I was told I got one free. How do I fix this please?

I wasn't aware that EE offered free now TV. I think this is with BT. Where did you read/accept this offer?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
