Claiming buds on A52S

Hi, I recently upgraded to the Samsung A52S.  I was supposed to be able to claim Buds.  The Samsung site says the offer is closed?  I only got my phone 19 days ago.  How do I claim? Thanks, Sarah 

Fitbit versa 3

Cannot add card details
