ordered my upgrade, Samsung Z Fold, on the 1st October. Was told dispatch was within 24hrs and so far have not received my new device. Confirmation email says delivery ‘awaiting confirmation’.
Not happy with this long wait and no communication! Anyone else have this problem?
Not sure who/how you were told delivery in 24 hours.
On 1st October all the z folds were delivery when in stock, other than the black 128gb which was 7 days. The stock checker was slow to update though, and was updated to delivery within 28 days.
If you ordered 1st October, I'd expect to receive at the beginning of November
