I've had my Fitbit versa 3 for six months through the add to plan and the sensor has stopped working. I have done all the hard reset, cleaning and etc and nothing is working?

Hi @Kc31.
If you've already tried a master reset, it's likely to be a hardware problem with the Fitbit.
I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer about this so they can check what warranty you have.
