Order Status not updating

Hi, 

 

I ordered a Samsung 21 in Phantom White on 25/09/2021. At the time, the ee website said the item was in stock but I received an update on my order tracking saying it was on back order. I thought this would just take a day or two for it to update.

 

It is now 3 weeks later and my tracking order is still awaiting a delivery date even though the ee website still says the item is in stock.

 

Can you advise please?

Heya @ADR I'm in the same boat as you. Same order date. 3 weeks waiting. S21 Violet 256 gb. Disappointing and frustrating.

Maybe EE/Samsung could throw a charging mat our way? 😆
