Oppo release. Has anyone had delivery date??

I’m starting to get a little frustrated that I can’t seem to get a definite answer about when my order will be dispatched. Considering it is now release day and it was advertised as delivery expected on release date I’m starting to doubt this is the case 🙃

still not had any news of my delivery , i have had an order confirmation and was promised that it would be delivered on the 14th. I have been without a phone for nearly three weeks as you sent the wrong phone when i upgraded and i was persuaded to wait for this phone as a replacement , but no one knows what going on and i have already made three calls , i was told that there was plenty of stock and that staff had already had theirs,

Has anyone any news at all ?

Just had a message from ee saying it will be delivered tomorrow. What was the point of pre order. Wish I just went to the shop today and got it. Not happy they couldn't give a straight correct answer and was told when I pre ordered, it would 100% be with me today

I've just had an email from DPD advising that they are delivering my EE parcel tomorrow

Just got my text for tomorrow.  Actually suits me, because I'm not in the office to receive it today, but the delay still could have been communicated better... or, well, at all!

I guess they thought that rather than inform customers they'd just keep everyone in the dark and hope they didn't notice.  I also suspect the call centre guys have training on how to sound inept, so that customers give up and just wait for the thing to arrive.

Currently on the phone to EE who are trying to change the date and address as dpd have messed up my delivery, they may be able to change the date if you talk to them will let people know what happens!

@Siobhanyarm have you heard anything yet because I thought I would let you know that I have had an email from DPD advising me that they are delivering my EE parcel tomorrow

Strangely, I have just had a text to book my delivery! I reckon EE have had a delay in receiving from Oppo...Covid times ruins everything 😞

Hi everyone. 

Due to an unforeseen delay at the warehouse, a small number of customers who have pre-ordered one of the OPPO Find X3 Series for delivery on day of launch, may see a one-day delay in receiving the device.

DPD will contact affected customers today via email or text message, to arrange delivery for tomorrow. If this is not suitable, you can rearrange the delivery once DPD has contacted you.

"May" and "some" or "will" and "all"?!  It certainly seems like the latter, and very poor form to be telling us mid-afternoon on the day that it should have already arrived. 🙄
