Oppo release. Has anyone had delivery date??

I’m starting to get a little frustrated that I can’t seem to get a definite answer about when my order will be dispatched. Considering it is now release day and it was advertised as delivery expected on release date I’m starting to doubt this is the case 🙃

Same here, got mine and a very battered box. Definitely not what I'd expect for a phone costing over a grand.  Very poor.

NOT SOLVED FOR ME   @Leanne_T

So yesterday I eventually got a DPD notification it would be with me today

This morning I got my notification my phone would be with me between 13:22 and 14:22

13:30  DPD Map is showing that he's outside my apartment

13:31 DPD informs me that at EE's request it's being returned to EE

Ring DPD and due to EE's ineptness  they haven't put the first line of address on my parcel so can't deliver it

Ring EE and yes they don't know why the address they sent it to doesn't have the first line of my address as it shows on my account.  Can they ring DPD and get them to send it now.  NO.   best they can do is re-schedule the delivery but not sure when that will be.

So  I've asked to cancel my upgrade.  Really no point staying with a company that really doesn't give a **** about it's customers so instead I'll go into town and find a provider who has the phone and try them instead.

Ouch, that's one way to lose a customer.  Usual "computer says no" mentality then.

Good luck @shades66

Hi @Tabbi6 @ETM96 @RJUK,

I'm sorry to hear your phones have arrived in a damaged box. If you would like to arrange a return please see How can I return a device bought within the last 14 days.

If there is any damage to the handset itself, or any accessories, please get in touch with Customer Care.

Thanks

James

Hi @shades66,

I'm sorry your full address didn't reach the delivery driver. Once DPD have started the return to sender process, they aren't able to reattempt delivery.

We have stock of the full Find X3 range so there shouldn't be any delays with your replacement order.

Seems a bit pointless returning the phone for a damaged box, when it's already a day late.

Also, there's a weird mark on the case included in the box with mine - what's the easiest way to get a replacement please?

Hi @RJUK,

Our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you with this if you get in touch.

Apart from the delay of processing a new one till you have the one you haven't delivered back in your warehouse

Even retentions (who called within seconds of requesting a PAC code) couldn't even fix EE's own mistake faster than 5 days it takes to get back to you...

I can't even get my number moved to another provider without incurring a cost of >£1000 because you consider my account upgraded because I have to wait for those 5 days.

So even though you know you recalled my phone because of the wrong address (DPD & EE both confirmed EE requested this returned because the address DPD were going to deliver to didn't match my address you have on my account) you won't actually update my account to say not upgraded till you get the phone you never delivered back to the warehouse !?!?!

So now wishing on the 1st April when my existing contact completed I hadn't bothered with the Amazing OPPO X3 PRO offer and get the phone on Launch Day.   Should of just walked into a shop and got it there and then  (even EE shop in Leeds confirmed they had one in stock..)

Mine came in with what seems like a tampered seal. Double sealed. Is this normal? Nothing I hate more than network providers resealing a phone up and reselling as new... Can anyone else check theirs?

Hi @CosmosS,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

That's an official seal and nothing to worry about. A number of phones from every batch are opened for quality checks and resealed.
