Oppo release. Has anyone had delivery date??

I’m starting to get a little frustrated that I can’t seem to get a definite answer about when my order will be dispatched. Considering it is now release day and it was advertised as delivery expected on release date I’m starting to doubt this is the case 🙃

Hi everyone. 

 

Due to an unforeseen delay at the warehouse, a small number of customers who have pre-ordered one of the OPPO Find X3 Series for delivery on day of launch, may see a one-day delay in receiving the device.

 

DPD will contact affected customers today via email or text message, to arrange delivery for tomorrow. If this is not suitable, you can rearrange the delivery once DPD has contacted you.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Hi. I have pre ordered the Oppo Find X3 Pro on 5th April and have received a confirmation email. Today I have had an email off EE saying they’re awaiting confirmation from the manufacturer. Has anyone else had more of an update on their delivery?

I ordered mine on the 31st of March and was told on live chat today that DPD will text with delivery details, not heard anything else.

I have ordered the pro too, had an email earlier advising of waiting for confirmation from manufacturer. Have you had any update on delivery?

Hi there, like many others I've had no correspondence since ordering on the 31st of March. Is there likely to be any update on the delivery details? 

Hi, looking forward to it when it arrives, but had nothing apart from initial order email. They have however taken my deposit. But no further comms yet. Fingers crossed. I want to order the freebies soon to.

@AJ193  You’ll be notified when your device is going to be dispatched and you’ll be notified on the day of delivery.   You’ll not get anything beforehand as there is nothing to inform you of. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

So delivery on launch day won't be possible then?
