I’m starting to get a little frustrated that I can’t seem to get a definite answer about when my order will be dispatched. Considering it is now release day and it was advertised as delivery expected on release date I’m starting to doubt this is the case 🙃

if it's just a small number of customers shouldn't you be doing same day delivery to keep your promise of delivered on launch day?
Although reading various comments on different sites and your twitter account I've not seen any mention that anyone that pre-ordered received it today so sounding like no-one got it as promised 😞

That's exactly what happened - they screwed up the pre-orders and rather than admit it, they're trying to make out that it's only a small number of people that "may have been" affected. 🙄
What a shambles.

I still haven’t received a message from dpd regarding delivery.... everyone i speak to is quick to say that I’ll get it tomorrow but can’t send anything in writing guaranteeing that 🙄🙃

A small number of customers seems like a stretch. Not one person I've seen who's ordered with EE has received their phone today as promised.

Exactly, and the "may see a delay" bit. Just wishy-washy non-committal nonsense.
It should read: "We cocked up and now none of the customers who pre-ordered the Oppo Find X3 Pro will get them on release date as advertised, but instead one day late."
But then that would be honesty, which EE are clearly not very good at.

Still curious as to why there was no communication in the delay directly to customers? EE put a noncommittal response on here to placate us. However, what about everyone who's not using the forum. Did they get any kind of update or apology?

My Oppo just arrived and the box is battered. The seal was broken luckily it looks like everything is there and the device isn't damaged but I'm really not impressed.

So my find X3 pro arrived a day late and the box is all bashed up. Luckily everything seems to be in there but I'm not best pleased as it looks like it's been thrown around a factory. Has anyone else received a damaged box? I know it shouldn't be an issue if the phones okay but I like to keep the boxes.

Mine arrived today too, seal has managed to stay in intact.
Box however is a bit battered and the paperwork is fairly scrunched up and a bit ripped. Not the best look for sure.
