I had a text stating my sim only contract was coming to an end and the price would go up so I phoned up but couldn't get a deal and requested a pac code as there was a deal for 20gb for £10 that interested me as they use the EE network. I had a call from the outbound team and was offered a deal not as good but one I would make do with but when I got the email from EE the deal was wrong so I have had to cancel the deal and get my pac code again. The person I spoke to said they would email me their contact details in case there was a problem but the didn't so I couldn't sort it out. Unfortunately I am going to have to move to Plusnet if I want a better deal for me.

What was the difference with the plan that you agreed to? Was the person you spoke to not able to re-order that offer for you?

I was offered and agreed to more data than was in the confirmation email from EE, the problem was that I couldn't get back in touch with the person I spoke to as she didn't send her contact details as she said she would, I tried ringing EE but was told that it was the Outbound team that called and they couldn't match their deals.
