Are you on pay as you go or contract? If on pay as you go, when did you last make a chargeable call or text?

Do you have another phone or someone with a phone, where you can do a sim swap to see if that is the problem first?

You may want to take the SIM card out, clean it and the sim tray and see if that remedies it, if all else fails, you may either need a replacement SIM card or phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
