Esim is not working and showing 00000000

I cannot make any phone calls and my esim is not working. I cannot call 150 or any other number.  For any calls I make, it says “you dialled and incorrect number. Please check…” could you please help me?

Is it a new eSIM or have you just swapped it over? 

Mine showed 0000... until I rebooted, then it had updated to my EE number.
