I have been a T-Mobile/EE customer for over 20 years and some years ago I had a 100GB with roaming plan (2 mobiles on the contract); the sales team eventually offered me a much cheaper upgrade deal because I was not using anywhere near 100GB. This revised plan (now expired, covering 2 mobiles) was "Essential SIM 1GB £20 12m R"; now I can't remember what was agreed when this plan was taken out but my usage shows (for each mobile) "31GB left of 1GB".
So, in effect i have two 1GB plans (at £10 each), covering unlimited calls/minutes, EU roaming and providing 31GB data. I assume the additional 30GB represents a loyal customer bonus, but its not explicitly mentioned anywhere.
I occasionally receive sim upgrade messages from EE but their best prices are excessive when I look for 30GB. I guess I just keep my existing contract rolling? I'm confused that the offered sim upgrades excludes the loyal customer bonus?

@psmith_gb That R at the end of the plan name means it’s a retention offer. It’s not a standard tariff that you can choose its offered to you by the retention team .
if your happy with what you’ve already got why change it
To see what you got with this tariff try looking at add ons as any additional data add on with show there.
