@jenbird  Which router do you have and what model doorbell?

Please read out the model numbers as there are many models.

@jenbird And you do not ever want to turn of a firewall, is this a new doorbell that you are installing? You can go outside to the doorbell location with your mobile, and see if the wireless signal disappears from your mobile.

Its a smart hub plus

Doorbell model is E304

Doorbell was purchased new from amazon, I have just spoken to EUFY and they have said you cant have FIREWALL on but there is no option to turn it off? I have the doorbell inside next to the hub and still wont connect

So what setting on 2.4 management page did you change?

Try switching the 5Ghz band off, WiFi 6 to 5 and WPA3 to 2.

They're talking rubbish! The firewall there to protect you from remote attacks. Most users will have it on even if it can be disabled. My Ring Doorbell has no trouble operating alongside the firewall & is able to send video to Ring & get it back. So is this Eufy worse than a Ring?
