Hi, 

I am having real difficulties setting up my Eufy Doorbell to the wi-fi it just wont connect? i have changed the setting in the management page to 2.4. I have re set the eufy but it says to turn off Firewall and I am unable to turn off Firewall in my hub?

@jenbird  Are you using the doorbell as standard alone with a chime or are you also connecting it to a eufy Homebase ? 


You need to make sure your phone or tablet your settings this up with is also connected to 2.4Ghz when you set this up if you have 5Ghz enabled.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Standard alone without Homebase. 

I’ve changed all the settings to 2.4 in the home management page. Eufy are getting someone to call me as they are adamant the firewall needs turning off. I just wish it had said that when I purchased it. 

 

That’s good to get 5 years..we have lots of deliveries being a business so only managed to get 2 years out of our ring

@jenbird Are you changing anything on the EE Router????

Changed the router to use 2.4 instead of 5. That’s what they advised but still not working…so annoying!

What about the WIFI 6 to 5 and WPA 3 to 2 as I mentioned earlier?

WiFi 6 to 5

WPA is set to 2 

still no joy

@jenbird You set the 5Ghz switch to off and saved on the EE manager correct?
