Iv got the same problem. No way to contact EE as can’t make calls! I’m connected to Optus network in Australia, roaming on etc. just can’t make calls

Evening, Is anyone getting the issue when trying to load into the app it is asking them to comeplete a verified id? And when they try and do this the app closes down and redownloads itself.?

Resolved! Error code IPC6023
I received the EE box pro on Tuesday 30th April and activation began on 1st April. I'm using Internet mode to watch HD channels. But it give me error Error code IPC6023 for every channel. Can someone will help me?
