Hi. I ordered a phone from EE online and they took money from my phone but then I got a message saying it didn’t go through even though the money went through. How can I fix this? The online chat on the app doesn’t work for me thank you

Hi,I’ve just purchased the Apple AirPod Pro 2 £15 a month add on with the 24 month Apple Music included, however since receiving the product I’ve no idea how to activate the Apple Music

Evening, Is anyone getting the issue when trying to load into the app it is asking them to comeplete a verified id? And when they try and do this the app closes down and redownloads itself.?

Resolved! Error code IPC6023

I received the EE box pro on Tuesday 30th April and activation began on 1st April. I'm using Internet mode to watch HD channels. But it give  me error Error code IPC6023 for every channel. Can someone will help me?
