Evening, Is anyone getting the issue when trying to load into the app it is asking them to comeplete a verified id? And when they try and do this the app closes down and redownloads itself.?

Welcome to the community. 

Does this still happen after switching your phone off and back on? 

If so, can you clear the App cache in the settings of your device, then check if you have the latest version of the app installed? 

You may need to uninstall the app completely and reinstall and it fresh.
