I've been trying to look into upgrading all evening but when I log in to the app or website, they both seem to be down, for hours and hours. Is this normal?

@ijb59 EE can take accounts offline and this happens late at night when it’s going to cause the least disruption. Can you access it now ?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I can access it now thank you. I definitely won't be upgrading though at those prices. Everything is half the data allowance for double the price I'm paying now, even as an existing customer. I'll just stick to my out of contract price I think and just buy a phone when I need one. Thanks for your reply anyway.
