Hi. 
I ordered a phone from EE online and they took money from my phone but then I got a message saying it didn’t go through even though the money went through. How can I fix this? The online chat on the app doesn’t work for me

Welcome to the Community. 

If the order hasn't been successful, then no funds should have been taken from your bank account. Have you double checked this, as I would think it will still be in a pending status?

If you contact our team directly, they can check what's happened and explain any reasoning for the order not completing.
