When did you take out your airtime plan and start of discount?
Standard trade in discount usually lasts the 24months length of a contract.
If you're on a Flex plan the discount will be for the 2 years of the airtime. It's only the separate device contract that will be 3 years long- the total discount will still be the amount initially agreed.
