Hi,
A couple of months ago I upgraded to an all rounder plan because it included apple watch data (which I was paying extra for). However I am still paying a separate account for my apple watch. How can I sort that out, is it something I need to activate manually?

If it is included in the all rounder, then I would suggest speaking to customer services by pressing option 2 to speak to one of the guides and they can take a look for you.
