On our business account I used to be able to view Call & txt itemisation for all the accounts - this is now only shown as a summary.  Please advise how can I obtain this information please and get this level of detail back on the monthly bill.

You would need to order Itemised Billing @ £2.50 pm. It is not retrospective.
