Resolved! Call for 40 percent discount

Today I had a call from an private number telling me he was from EE and I was one of the chosen ones to get a 40 percent discount... Seemed weird to me so I cut the call off 

Scammers posing as EE

So I got a call with someone pretending to be EE and trying to promote a "12 month 30 percent off dead" lol, tried to get me to change my password but anyway I wanted to know does anyone know the appropiate places to report these scammer numbers?
