If you are on a monthly contract with EE, you can do this either using the EE App or by logging into your account via the website.

Go to settings  and click on parental control and change it there.

If on pay as you go, you will need to ring customer service and pay a refundable amount to enable this, they will be able to change the parental control for you.

On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

• On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
• On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
