Did you mean:

£300 termination fee not on Plusnet or BT

3 people at EE didn’t know anything about this I was told I would get my termination fee from plusnet paid have until Feb 2027 so would have been over £280, it wasn’t until the day before activation that I found this information out I also decided to switch my mobile to EE from Voxi as the was a really good deal of unlimited Data with the oneEE and Netflix thrown in.

my current broadband is full fibre 900mb with plusnet £45.99  and Mobile Voxi 105Gb £15 per month, EE deal was 25.99 for the core 900mb broadband and £25 for Unlimited all rounder Mobil with EE One Discount, so after many phone calls and texts yesterday and been given the wrong information 3 times I have had to cancel everything and reinstate my broadband and mobile back to original providers as you can see it was a good saving only £50.99 per month including Netflix against what I am paying £66.98.

i am really disgusted in EE for the staff not having the information about termination , but this was 3 different people who gave the Wrong information causing me a lot of distress trying to sort this mess out.

@Iggy339   the terms are easily found in the Help pages https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/early-cancellation-credit

EE Plusnet and BT are all part of the BT Group, it does not make business sense for EE to pay for other BT Group customers to switch. But if you are moving to keep your landline, arranging the move via Plusnet CS should avoid early termination charges.

@Iggy339 As @Mustrum has pointed out are you moving because off a landline with PN stopping that Jan2027, you would have saved anyway still moving without EE returning any switch fee which the link provided does show....
