How long does it take to get a new sim?

I was told on 25/1/2023 a new sim  would be sent within 2 days. Today is February 5th and I have not received it. Tried phoning 150 but just got sent all round the houses. Very frustrating as I cannot use my new phone without the SIM. Previously call...

Download esim my ee not working

Been trying to download a replacement esim through my EE for my pixel 7 Pro however the app keep sending me to the browser and then is telling me to download the app even though i have it already.  Could someone help with this please?

Hi my sim isn’t working anymore I can’t make calls or use my data it used to work now it doesn’t and every so often it’ll say no sim and I have a new sim but that doesn’t work either and my bill is paid as well  

why are EE such a **bleep**

you never get a signal wherever you are it dosent matter because your not getting one. and you can't even order a replacement sim from the website because its broken. such a joke
