I’ve recently ordered a new sim with yourselves but have discovered STAC code, can I provide the STAC code to yourselves even if I ordered the sim already?

Hi there new to EE got myself a nice new shiny iPhone 14. My old account was with BT. My old number transferred over but when I’m sending texts it’s showing as the number of the new sim? It’s ok when I make calls. Can anyone advise?? TIA

I ordered a new subscription sim and requested to keep my old number using the PAC code. The sim arrived yesterday but the number hasn't been changed and I don't seem to have the credit I paid for with subscription?
