Can't receive messages

I transfered my number from Lyca to EE, I can call and receive, send messages, but not receive messages. I am waiting very important message and don't know what to do

Tried to transfer to an esim for my new iphone

HiI’ve just tried to switch to an esim for my new iphone 14, I selected to set it up on my new phone but I don’t seem to be receiving any service and now I’ve lost service on my old phone. help would be much appreciated.

Phone number tranfer

I've had my number transferred to my new Pay Monthly SIM. Will I be out of a number when it gets transferred if my new one hasn't arrived yet?Thanks.

HI ... trying to port my number in, but EE are saying the EE number is not valid and should start 07.... the number is already pre-populated from my account and i have checked against the paperwork received with the sim and it matches - any ideas ?th...

Can I use a normal phone sim in a router.

I’m looking at the 125GB 24 month plan for £31 with 1 smart benefit included. can I put this in a mobile router? im wanting to use it for iPads and laptops etc and my local EE shop says it’s a phone sim and wont work in a router.

How long until my SIM arrives?

I have signed up to a 25GB SIM plan, switching from O2 to EE, will I be sent a new SIM card? I included my PAC code in the application form so hopefully will be put straight on to my new number.Many thanks
