New Contract

Hi,I have recently got a new phone contract with EE and got a new sim. I have previously only been a PAYG customer and wish to have the same number that was on my old phone on my new one but not sure how to do that.Any advice would be great.

i have recently transferred from vodafone to ee and when i bring up the app on my phone it does not show the three contracts i have taken out only showing the mobile wifi i have does anyone know how to get the app showing my contracts many thanks

A quick follow-up question: I followed the prompt in the EE app and downloaded and installed my E-Sim. If, in the future, I upgrade my iPhone 14 to a newer model and set up the new phone from a back-up, will the E-Sim transfer to the new phone?Thanks...
