Hi there how can I activate my new sim card

they said we sent you pin code by message but I have no signal I don’t a message what shall I do

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 from any other phone an advisor will be able to activate your replacement sim.

I got a new aim card we're u can scan I'm your mobile 

I ring EE there regarding sim on my mobile phone app EE

 

Is someone at EE told me go on my EE app do  it there
