Resolved! ESim after Factory Reset S20

I think I need to factory reset my S20. I'm using an eSim so I assume it'll be deleted...or will it ? Can I back up my esim or how do I get it back on my phone ?  Thank you.

Resolved! How do I move from O2 monthly contract to EE sim only

I am with EE for my broadband pay monthly mobile with O2 which has gone up quite a bit so want to get a sim contract with EE which also has better reception in my area but I’m not sure how to go about it, can anyone advise. Thank you
